AME Supervisor (Advance Manufacturing Engineer - district 9)

Responsible for Research on new structure, new material and new technology of fixture
Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders
Responsible for tracking monthly and yearly departmental goal.
Responsible for line balance/line layout for new model
Responsible for Kaizen program for continuous improvement, optimum production and consistency quality levels and efficiency
Lead the AME team and Responsible for Participate in process evaluation when the new project kickoff, and put forward the risk points according to the product structure, to avoid the risk of modifying the process due to the requirements of fixture change in the later stage
Non- standard equipment project follow- up; Non- standard equipment structure design; Audit supplier structure design
Trouble shooting with related department
Responsible for Summarize design experience, assist department manager to carry out standardization work, design universal and standardized fixture and process for different products; make various fixture design standards and manage drawing documents
Responsible for Analyze and summarize the abnormal problem points of clamping fixture every week, share the improvement plan, and summarize the easy problem points and good improvement strategies every month as the lesson learning of the Department

Years of experience: 05 years or above working experience of production engineering or 1- 2 years of fixture design experience, can independently complete the fixture design, has the power tool fixture design, punching cutting fixture, mechanical hand fixture experience is preferer.
Special knowledge
Academic: Bachelor degree or above in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
Understand the commonly used materials and mechanical properties, such as aluminum, copper, steel, bake lite, steel, glass fiber
 Fluent spoken and written English
 Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, can work independently with high pressure
 Perfect in using MS office.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, strong analytical skills, scheming and organizational skills
 Engineering management.
 Production management knowledge
 Knowledge of PFMEA, DFA, DFM 5. Other skills
 Familiar with AutoCAD, Solid Works, UG, in prefer.
