Research and Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on the latest developments in Generative AI and relevant IT technologies.Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply Generative AI to enhance banking operations, improve customer experience, and optimize processes.
Business Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and IT to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose AI- driven optimization solutions.
Provide consultation to ensure business requirements are aligned with strategic objectives.
Solution Proposal and Use Case Design:
Define and prioritize Generative AI use cases in collaboration with cross- functional teams.
Ensure proposed solutions align with the bank’s digital transformation strategy.
Recommend AI- related technology solutions and enhancements to meet business needs.
Documentation and Communication:
Present solution designs, implementation progress, and test results to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Maintain updated documentation of business rules, dashboards, and operational guidelines
Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flows, and user stories.
Implementation Support:
Support solution design, configuration, and integration into the AI platform.
Coordinate with development, operations, and product teams for smooth deployment in test, pilot, and production environments.
Translate approved business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Provide Level 3 functional support for complex AI- related incidents
Testing and Evaluation:
Recommend and implement adjustments to improve solution quality and model responses
Evaluate AI model performance for accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness.
Develop and review test plans for Generative AI features and related business functions.
Technical Documentation and Standards
Maintain detailed functional specifications, system design documents, and integration guides.Ensure all system documentation adheres to the bank’s architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Others
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.Equivalent professional experience in system analysis and AI- related projects may be considered.
Educational Qualifications
Proven track record in delivering projects involving process optimization, technology adoption, and cross- functional collaboration.
At least 1 years of experience working with AI or Generative AI projects, including defining use cases and collaborating with technical teams.
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in IT business analysis or system analysis, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Demonstrated experience in translating complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Skills
Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and end- to- end business processes (preferred).
Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and business application life cycle.
Awareness of IT architecture, security, compliance, and scalability considerations for AI- enabled systems.
Knowledge of tools for process modeling, documentation, and requirement management.
Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI model evaluation metrics.
In- depth knowledge of business process analysis, requirement gathering techniques, and system design principles.
Relevant Experience
Adaptability to new technologies and changing business needs.
Ability to design clear and precise Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flows, and functional specifications.
Good facilitation skills for workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks/projects.
Collaboration skills for working with cross- functional teams, including development, operations, and business units.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical and non- technical stakeholders.
