We also work to maintain a good standing with all our regulators, customers, and business partners. Responsibilities• Support Legal & Compliance team to provide regulations briefing, regulations analysis and impact analysis;• Coordinate or lead the coordination between stakeholders for necessary actions to implement new banking laws & regulations drafted or issued in 2024;• Facilitate, prepare materials and participate in various meetings with stakeholders for regulation implementation;• Provide supports to other Legal & Compliance officers in preparation or launching of new products, new projects that require legal & compliance advice/review;• Draft, support to draft necessary contract templates, forms, T&Cs for the Branch;• Provide supports to application preparations with authorities where required;• Support to review internal policies and procedures;• Provide supports to other scopes under coverage of Legal & Compliance team from time to time;• Provide supports to some translation works• Contact with authorities or other external parties from time to timeApply nowWe offer a competitive salary and

Requirements• Experience on work organising and coordination with stakeholders• Experience on working in legal or regulatory compliance areas, legal projects• Legal, Banking, Economics or relevant degree• Legal degree or qualification is an advantage• Minimum 2 years of experience in this field• Communication skills• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under time pressure• Analytical skills• Microsoft office skill
