Analytics Translator

Reporting to the Data Analytics Manager,
as an Analytics Translator, you will:
● Act as the data Product Owner/Project Manager to lead the key analytics projects.
● Develop data and analytics solutions to solve the problem in the most efficient and interpretable form for business users.
● Synthesize the operational expertise of business units and the technical expertise of data professionals (engineers and analysts) to bring impact at scale to the organization.
● Help business leaders to identify and prioritize their business problems that analytics is suited to solved.
● Work together with various business units to understand their operation, gather their analytics needs and data requirements.

BA/BS in Business, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
General technical fluency: familiar with data products and solutions available in the market and their applications (e.g. analytics solutions, big data, data structure, GenAI).
Excellent business acumen: extensive domain knowledge of your company and your industry. Also, solid analytical, critical- thinking and problem- solving ability.
Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or PMO role is a big plus.
Strong project management skills: planning, communication, stake- holder management, time and risk management skills.
