About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Flutter Mobile Developer (3+ years) to join our global team. You will build and maintain high- quality, cross- platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. This role works closely with UI/UX designers, product managers and backend developers to deliver modern, performant, and scalable apps.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
Debug and resolve bugs, performance issues, and platform- specific challenges.
Design, develop, test, and deploy cross- platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Integrate RESTful APIs, third- party SDKs, and native features.
Optimize application performance across various devices.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Participate in Agile processes: sprint planning, stand- ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.

Required Qualifications

Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
At least 2 years with Flutter and Dart.
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, asynchronous programming.
Experience with Git/version control workflows.
3+ years of professional mobile app development experience.
Experience with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).
