Animal Technical Manager

Initiate the commercial trial and prepare the protocol of the trial in customer farm.
Make an audit of customer farm, and follow up the improvement of the farm.
Improve the technical skill of sales team to be more technical oriented.
Organize technical seminars to promote products to customers (distributors, farmers ...)
Evaluate the potentials of development and identify the livestock market needs ( products, services and tools)
Receive, respond, and make an analysis of customers’ feedback and claim. Share to the related department (Regional technical, PD&A, QC/QA)
Manage and supervise the activities of the employees of Technical team.
Supervision of the performances monitoring (technical and economical approach) of the animal productions (data recording, farm performance report, etc).
Organize the product knowledge training for sales team (feeding program, the benefit of the feed, etc).

Provide customers technical advices about breeding, veterinary, animal nutrition.
Maintain relationships with customers in order to retain existing customers and find new ones
Send report to superior weekly.

Yêu cầu công việc

Physical: Level 1 or 2 according to standard of Ministry of Public Health
Knowledge:
Computing: Microsoft office, email…
Qualification: Bachelor in livestock industry, veterinary
Language: Fluent profession English or French
Attitude: Positive, proactive, independent, and enthusiastic in work
Experience: 3 years in the same position, good understanding of feed market
Skill: Management skill, Teamwork skill, Communication skill, negotiation skill, drafting skill, Presentation skill, Problems solving skill, and work under high pressure
