AP Accountant Vinataba-Philip Morris Limited, HCMC Branch

Responsibilities:
- Hard copy retention and filing for Finance function
- Invoice scanning & liaise with business users for codifications for posting & payment proceedings
- Prepare the upload and execution of contracts in system (Contract Life Management) for assigned functions
- Prepare & post SAP forms for line manager&039;s review and approval for assigned transactions
- Support for Employee events
- Actively share expertise, business knowledge and experience with Business Process Outsourcing Teams to achieve their independency in issues resolution. Timely and efficiently handle escalations from Affiliates or 3rd party vendors regarding AP issues.
- Prepare period- end accruals for Purchase Order (PO) and non- PO expenses based on defined criteria for assigned functions
- Handle Purchase Request to Good Receipt for POs of assigned functions

- Having at least 3 years of professional experience in the area of finance or Purchase to Pay
- A strong analytical mindset, ambitious to constantly expand knowledge, challenge the status quo and enhance processes
- Ideally with good command of SAP and Excel
- Good English skills and an excellent team player
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance
