A&P Executive - PR & Digital Marketing

Manage the shopping mall’s Wi-Fi marketing.
Create content and manage the social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Tiktok, YouTube…) of the shopping mall.
Monitor the social media activities of competitors and bring improvement to the activities of the organization towards gaining more online popularity.
Create and implement digital activities to develop customer data to drive traffic to the shopping mall and boost sales.
Develop effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics

Manage digital agencies.
Measure the impacts of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Plan, create and execute content for email marketing/e-newsletters and mobile/SMS marketing.
Develop and run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
Other marketing-related projects as assigned.
Collate and analyze market trends/insights and competitors’ campaigns/activities.
Create content for CRM activities.

Solid knowledge about social media, content creation, SEO/SEM, Google Display Network (GDN), Google Adwords, Google Analytics, online marketing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Basic knowledge in graphics arts software and HTML for website applications or willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both verbally and in writing.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital marketing, PR & Communication.
Knowledge in AutoCAD or Adobe Creative Suite with a concentration in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign… is a plus.
