Provide expert guidance and support to Safety Coordinators in the region
Analyse Safety performance in the region (e.g. processing and status of measures, implementation of Safety Performance Tracker)
Ensure communication with and between the locations in the region by means of meetings and conferences calls, etc.
Assist management in the region with the planning of resources
Monitor the timely recording, validation and approval of all relevant Safety KPIs in the systems provided
Participate in and assume partial responsibility for budget planning, planning and control of the cost- center budget in agreement with CC Safety
Define regional or country- specific Safety regulations and documents where this is possible and advisable
Provide support for data and information procurement/ provision for all Safety Topics within the respective region
Report to EnES (regional/ Global) via minutes of conference calls
Support and monitor compliance with applicable Safety Laws, guidelines and customer requirement
Participate in the creation, implementation and tracking of regional or country specific Safety targets
Participate in Safety ExCo and, if necessary, participate in relevant associations and committees in the region
Provide functional consultation for the Regional Management Board
Yêu cầu công việc
Confident in dealing with related Health, Safety & Environment matters.
Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar position and functions in multinational company.
Negotiation and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (writing and verbal).
Experienced of risk assessment and incident management.
Good analytical, influencing & organizing skill;
A university degree in labor safety is preferred, or a relevant engineering/technical degree. (EHS- related certificates are preferred)
