App Project Manager

- Communicate with Customer Support Team effectively in both written & spoken English.
- Develop engineering process for organization to ensure high quality of products
- Use process tools like JIRA & Confluence for Project Management
- Might need to travel overseas
- Participate in development of state-of-art Wireless Products
- Work closely with Software Team, Hardware Team, QA Team, and Third-parties to ensure on-time execution of projects
- Report to management periodically on status, risk & action plan
- Understand product issues and perform risk analysis & prioritization of work for engineering team
- Review issues reported from field and ensure appropriate action is taken to address the issues on a daily basis
- Plan, oversee, and document all aspects of the specific projects
- Manage documentation, for example, Requirements, Specification, Status Report
- Involve in Scrum Process to ensure engineering team comply with Agile Development Process

- Able to speak & write English fluently & effectively
- Knowledge on Java or Objective C
- Certification in project management is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to work in a team and as an individual with “Can-Do” spirit
- At least 2 years experience in software project management or 5 years experience as Team Leader
- Experience in using process tools like JIRA & Confluence is an advantage
- Experience in Scrum Process is an advantage
- Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and time lines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge on Android Application or iOS Application
- Bachelor in Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Good communication and management skills
