Application Engineer - CAM Software

Additional tasks: Perform other responsibilities as required by supervisors.
Training & Post- Sale Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support for clients after product installation.
Software Implementation: Oversee the implementation and integration of software at client sites.
Cross- Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sale teams to understand customer needs, strategize tailored solutions, and ensure successful product delivery.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct pre- sales demonstrations to showcase our products and solutions to potential clients.
Reporting: Report key business results and progress to leadership.
Customer Liaison: Serve as the bridge between customers and our product team, particularly for large enterprise accounts, to strengthen sales relationships.
Customer Needs: Identify customer requirements to offer tailored solutions.
Consultation & Support: Provide expert consultation on CAD software, offering manufacturing solutions to clients. Provide both remote and on- site support as needed.

CAD/CAM Software Knowledge: Solid understanding of CAD/CAM software; experience with Mastercam, Visi Cam, Work NC, Cimatron, NX, PTC CREO or similar software is a plus.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Production Design, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Business Trip Availability: Willingness to go for business purposes.
Advanced English Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
CNC Machining Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC machining and making post processors is a plus.
