Application Manager – ERP & Data Systems

Key responsibilities:
System Operations & Maintenance

Manage release planning, version updates, and system patches.
Oversee daily operations of ERP and related systems (WMS, DMS, HRM, e- Invoice, e- Office etc.).
Monitor system performance, uptime, and logs; coordinate with IT for incident response and preventive maintenance.

Data Governance & Security

Work with IT Security to perform vulnerability assessments and patch follow- up.
Manage user access control, data permissions, and role- based security within ERP and connected systems (IAM).

Automation Workflow and integration

Using common Automation tools: N8N, UI Path,...
Creativity to develop automation solutions for software, machines, and processes

Departmental Support & Training

Gather improvement requests and prioritize system enhancement backlogs with PM/Dev team.
Training stakeholders on how to troubleshoot systems.
Prepare SOPs, training manuals, and change logs; organize refresher training sessions.
Act as the primary support contact for business users in Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, Production, etc.
Guide departments in proper system usage, master data management, and process compliance.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Suggest optimization for workflows, automation, or data validation rules to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain system configuration, integration mapping, and master data.

Requirements:
Technical Skills (Must- have)

Good understanding of data mapping and governance (codes, units, currencies, UOM, data cleaning).
Coordinate with IT Security to align system operations with corporate cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, or internal policies).
Experience implementing or operating at least one ERP system (MISA / Odoo / SAP B1 / Oracle NetSuite / Dynamics, etc.).
Strong understanding of at least one core business process: Sales / Inventory / Purchasing / Production / Accounting.
Solid knowledge of ERP data structures (master data vs. transaction data).
Experience working with dashboards or BI tools (Power BI / Looker Studio / Metabase).
Good SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and reporting.

Nice- to- have

Familiar with data modeling concepts (Star Schema, dimension/fact tables).
Understanding of data pipelines, staging, and data ware house.
Experience integrating ERP systems with third- party platforms; familiarity with Oracle Netsuite is a plus.
Basic ETL knowledge (Airbyte / Fivetran / Python scripts).
Monitor and resolve data discrepancies between systems (ERP vs WMS, DMS, HRM, e- Invoice, e- Office etc.).

Experience:

Proven cases of data optimization, reconciliation issue fixing, or master data improvement.
3 – 5 years of experience as ERP Specialist / ERP Consultant / ERP Business Analyst / Operations Data Analyst / Business Systems Analyst.
Prefer candidates with experience in multi- system environments (ERP ↔ CRM ↔ WMS ↔ App).

Strong system thinking and process logic.
Good communication and teamwork with both technical and operational teams.
