Application Support Engineer (C#/Azure/AWS cloud)

We are looking for Application Support Engineer position.
Responsibilities

Contact customers to get approval for technical requests
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our applications
Provide support for critical issues based on Standard Business Hours
Identify and escalate issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner
Collaborate with development and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to provide support and resolve issues
Create and maintain documentation for supported applications
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries.
Working as a level 1 application support engineer.

Working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday
Working location: 27B Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC (work at the office)

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field


• 2+ years of experience in application support or a related field


• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C#)


• Experience with SQL and database management


• Experience with Content Management Systems


• Experience working with 3rd Party Integrations/APIs


• Experience implementing the application and building the test cases


• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines


• Excellent English communication skills is a must

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies


• Experience with incident management tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow)


• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
