AQE Engineer - Work at District 9

Position Summary
The goal is to ensure the condition of equipment & fixture are robust, reliable and smoothly operation. Ideally with above 3 years’ related experience, good knowledge, and management experience in setup, maintenance & troubleshooting machinery.
The candidate is responsible for reliability equipment & fixture of Milwaukee product, who will work with cross function teams to ensure all facilities infrastructure testing follows test matrix/plan and work instruction.
Key Responsibilities

Lead equipment & fixture operation in perfect condition at daily base.
Collect and analyze test data, present data and result to the cross- function teams.
Ensure reliability test setup in test lab according to standard/requirement.
Attend new product technical review and provide constructive suggestion or comments from reliability perspective.
Implement Lab conformance audit and consolidate audit report.
Local development fixture, tool to maximize effectiveness to meet timeline.
Work together with crossed functional teams to analyze failures and take proper actions for each failure related to test setup, fixture, and/or equipment.

Good verbal and written communicator in both English (IELTS is plus point)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field (Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical)
Experience of troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical modules (PLC, CAD, SOLIDWORKS).
Must be self- motivated and detail- oriented, can manage multiple priorities and has a strong commitment to project deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, team work as well.
Experience of reliability data statistics with Minitab or Weibull is preferred.
3~5 years of experience in manufacturing or automation equipment.
