Ar Accountant

• Be accounting’s cash custodian, reimburse cash claims after getting approved cash reimbursement form; perform cash count daily.
• Filling document in the folder in subsequence as per guidelines
• Ensure timely posting of all invoices, receipts, and cash payment.
• Preparation of regular Cash payment voucher
• Ensure monthly clinic revenue are properly recognized in a timely and accurate manner.
• Preparation of monthly VAT report
• Daily performance of Clinic Invoice tracking, follow up on pending invoices
• Preparation and submission of timely and accurate information to business units, management, and region/group
• Perform regular accounts allocation and reconciliation
• Participate in weekly AR meeting with clinic.
• Preparation of regular Cash and Bank receipts voucher
• Dispatching CCP/OTAI/DB invoices regularly as per guidelines
• Timely preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules
• Assist the Chief Accountant in various tasks as requested.
• Assist to do stock count of disposable & drugs at clinic at month end as requested of accounting supervisor.

• At least College graduate, accounting & auditing is preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team
• At least three years’ experience of working experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in working in organization dealing and liaising with people at different levels, both internal and external.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Familiar with accounting software, Sun system is preferred
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in English speaking working environment
