AR-AP Specialist

Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts and preparing monthly analytical reports.
Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensure payment is in an accurately and timely basis.
Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub- ledger.
Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Responding to vendor enquiries regarding finance.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Continue to improve the payment process.
Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and adhere to company financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirement
：

Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferable in manufacturing industry.
roficient in PC knowledge including, Microsoft Excel & Words and Accounting software.
Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
Experience in ERP software is an advantage.
