Architect (Factory)

Handle procedures for submitting, presenting, and obtaining approvals for project documentation with relevant authorities.
Review and control the quality of documentation provided by external consultants; supervise construction activities related to architectural aspects.
Propose architectural and planning ideas for company projects; prepare concept proposals and reports.
Work within the Planning and Project Development Department (office- based role).
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Skilled in using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and other relevant design software.
Hardworking and willing to work overtime or travel outside Hai Phong (day trips or short- term assignments) when required.
Possession of a valid professional license or certification in Architecture or Urban Planning.
Thorough understanding of architectural standards, planning regulations, and legal frameworks related to construction project investment.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure project progress and quality.
Proficient in preparing reports and drafting official documents related to assigned tasks.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning from a recognized university (preferably Hanoi University of Civil Engineering or Hanoi University of Architecture).
Experience in submitting, presenting, and obtaining approvals for project documentation with government authorities.
Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Strong technical knowledge in building architecture and urban planning.
Strong problem- solving abilities.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture or urban planning.
Preference given to candidates residing in Hai Phong or committed to long- term work in Hai Phong.
Ability to plan and organize tasks effectively to meet goals and deadlines.
Capable of proposing architectural and planning concepts for company- related projects; preparing concept reports; reviewing and ensuring the quality of consultant documentation; supervising construction activities related to architectural works.
