Architectural Engineer - Kỹ Sư Kiến Trúc

Effectively communicate project requirements to internal and external project stakeholders
Perform field observations during construction to monitor compliance with contract documents
Attend project meetings and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design issues
Manage the production of high- quality construction documents within budget and schedule constraints
Review shop drawings and submittals from engineering team during construction
Prepare cost estimates for proposed projects
Investigate and document causes of construction defects
Lead and direct a team of architects, engineers, and technicians in the development of construction documents
Assist in the preparation of bid documents and the evaluation of bids from contractors
Conduct quality control reviews of construction documents prior to release
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
Provide post- occupancy evaluations of completed projects

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
Master’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field
5+ years’ experience in architectural engineering or similar role
Ability to work independently and with a team
Experience working on Oil & Gas / Marine projects
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field
Experience with BIM software
10+ years’ experience in architectural engineering or similar role
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
