Architecture Designer (Assistant Manager)

*** What You Will Do
- Coordinate with Construction team and Subcontractor designer
- To review design from the designer and to submit to the Employer and follow up the comments from the Employer
- Architectural design review
*** What You Are Good At
- Review and support architectural drawings in construction stage with proficient knowledge in
+ Working drawings, shop drawings
+ Combined Services Drawings
- Prepare documents (Review sheets, Letters etc.)
- Prepare architectural drawings
- Perform other job related duties as necessary or assigned

- We prefer applicants who have experiences in construction companies
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to MS Office and CAD
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience in station & depot projects are preferred
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in design or construction team.
- Prefer responsible and team work spirited applicants
- 3D modeling skill (Sketch-up) is preferred
