Area Sales Director

Strategic Sales Leadership::

Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

Market Expansion:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region:

Regional Other Countries
Regional China
Regional North Vietnam
Regional South Vietnam

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective market expansion plans.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.

Sales Performance Analysis:

Implement corrective actions and adjustments to achieve sales goals..
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Team Development:

Foster a collaborative and results- driven culture within the regional sales team.
Recruit, train, and develop a high- performing sales team.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

Work closely with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and fulfillment of customer requirements.

Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3 years of experience in the field of plastic business, plastic additives, and plastic chemicals
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field, MBA is a plus
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the plastics, chemical, or related industry.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
