Position: Area Sales Manager- North Central Provinces
Assigned Areas: North Central Provinces- Da Nang, Quang Nam, Hue, Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Quang Binh
Direct Subordinates: 3 Sales Sup, 3 Sales Rep (CDP)
Report to: Regional Sales Manager- Central
Based: Da Nang
SUMMARY
- Be responsible for attaining turnover target according to company business development strategy within assigned areas/channels.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department to enhance brand image and reputation and increase market share.
- Maintain and develop customer network for traditional off- trade and on- premise in Northern Central Provinces.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business management:
• Complete all reports accurately and timely.
• Consult direct manager on sales plan and client performance.
• Plan and implement sales activities monthly, quarterly, and yearly to obtain the sales target (sales volume, turnover, and account coverage).
• Cooperate with the Marketing team to prepare and implement the activation to penetrate new accounts/channels and maintain the key brand equity.
• Have the ability and responsibility to understand and cascade sales strategy from sales management team to direct report.
People management:
• Ensure subordinates adhere to company policy/procedure and daily work requirements.
• Supervise direct subordinates in basic work routine (including client sales calls, sales program communication and follow- up till completion)
• Ensure each subordinate understands company direction and sales target (volume, turnover and coverage)
• Follow up on subordinate’s working performance.
• Develop subordinates in brand knowledge, sales management system, and client engagement, and handle client objections to fully complete the tasks.
Account management:
• Partly manage relationships and monitor On- premise sales performance (including nightclub, Restaurant, Hotel consumption, B2B, and private consumption).
• Ensure the smooth connection between distributors to end- consumers.
• Manage relationship and sales activity with key traditional off- trade clients (tier 2).
