Area Sales Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Distributor Performance Management:
- Facilitate the development of a 3- month demand planning for the responsible area.
- Effectively manage the credit risk allocated for the respective area.
- Oversee the management of key distributors in the respective area to ensure progress to the agreed strategic direction.
- Lead the area team and trade partners to achieve assigned targets, including volume, distribution, etc. at the area level.
Leadership:
- Foster an effective and efficient team through on- the- job training, motivation, and staff development to achieve a competitive edge.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the Sales Supervisor team.
- Implement a standardized evaluation process for the team within the area.
- Ensure Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives are well- trained and aligned with the company&039;s mission.
Relationship:
- Cultivate a working relationship with internal partners such as Trade Marketing Information, and Distribution Development to ensure alignment and cooperation.
- Foster and maintain strong business relationships with target trade partners, including Distributors, Retailers within the area.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development & Trade Deployment team to develop the area&039;s operational plan and ensure the execution of brand programmes according to the plan.
Innovation:
- Encourage the area team to actively gather innovative ideas from customers and consumers.
- Drive innovation in the development of trade programmes to maintain a competitive advantage in the respective area.

Education: Preferably University Degree & minimum diploma holder
Language: Minimum English B Level, Vietnamese fluent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience: Preferably not less than 5 year’s experience in FMCG category from Sales Supervisor position and above.
