Art Director

Job description
Art Direction & Concept Visualization:
Develop a moodboard/ storyboard in English or Vietnamese based on the concept/ storyline.
Receive brief and brainstorm with the project team.
Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up- to- date with the latest market.
Be responsible for the quality and timeline of team members&039; visual/ motion products.
Develop art direction in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
Team Management:
Other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
Report and align the work flow with Head of Department.
Be responsible for career development of team members.
Guide and ensure team members to follow company policy and regulations.
Job requirement
Strong interpersonal, time management and leadership skills.
Experienced in manage leading 3D art in event agency.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong art senses and creative visual mindset.
Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Broad understanding of typography, color theory, current design and advertising trends.
Good knowledge of Motion/ Video Editor.
Minimum of 2 years experience as Art Director at Event & Activation or IMC agency.
Able to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
