Your responsibilities:
Work efficiently with cross departments on the development of needed client materials
Pre and post- production quality checks.
Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support.
Complete all stages of a creative project from mood boarding, sketching, designing to implementing assets.
Present ideas and concepts internally and with clients when required.
Brainstorm and create visually outstanding campaign concepts that connect with our clients&039; goals and their ideal customers.
Requirements:
Skilled at concept and idea creation for communication campaigns.
Experience on global brands is a must.
Embrace the power of AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT to enhance your creative process.
Able to conduct office communication and understand clients‘ briefs in English.
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of campaign- level projects.
At least 5 years experience working in advertising or communication agencies, creative agencies.
Open- minded, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
Strong design skills and excellent understanding of branding.
Be a pro at Adobe Creative Suite and have experience with 3D design software and Figma.
