Art Director

Support training & sharing knowledge with all members of the team.
Manage the creative process from concept to completion
Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials
Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
Be updated about the current trends in advertising, design, marketing techniques for self and for team
Supervise the department&039;s daily creative workflow and monitor deadlines and budgets.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required. Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control.
Work with creative team to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the Brand/ Product, helming a creative audit to elevate our innovation.
Independently lead projects, mentor junior teammates, and review junior designers&039; work to ensure quality and brand fit.

Exceptionally creative, to be able to come up with interesting and innovative ideas to develop event campaigns
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
5+ years of relevant experience in Event agency, at least 2 years of working in the same position
Strong presentation skills with the ability to persuade
Leadership skill
Bachelor&039;s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, advertising, and other relevant fields.
Good communication skills, to be able to listen to and speak with staff and clients to ensure that they understand employees’ ideas and clients’ desires for advertisements.
Ability to supervise and train subordinates, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
Be able to see other people&039;s points of view and take on board feedback
