RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and advertising, applying insights to enhance creative work.
Responsible for all pre- production meetings and onsite sessions for projects including photoshoots, video editing, broadcast, and fulfillment.
Ability to coordinate creative activities and advise clients about the best direction to take.
Develop and present creative concepts and proposals to clients, articulating rationale and strategy behind design decisions.
Ability to manage creative projects in terms of art direction, ensuring ideas and visuals remain at the highest quality possible.
Strategic thinking that can crack the briefs in creative, effective provocative ways.
Collaborate with clients, account managers and creative teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand positioning.
Collaborate with managers, designers, writers, other marketing team members, and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objectives and audiences.
Provide art direction and guidance to designers, copywriters, and other creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee and participate in the execution of the entire creative production process within an allotted time frame and budget.
Lead the creative vision and direction for all projects, from concept development to final execution, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design elements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
Strong conceptual thinking and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate client briefs into compelling visual solutions.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful design solutions for clients across different industries.
Have at least 03 years of similar experience (or above) in the design/creative industry and work in an agency environment and 01 year of similar roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various design mediums.
Good at English communication is a plus.
Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing various audiences.
Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve.
Ability to motivate and inspire top performance against assigned projects.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Solid understanding of digital platform creation, and digital storytelling.
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a passion for fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
