Art Leader (40Tr - 60Tr)

- You are a creative leader, creative mind and project manager all in one body. You are passionate to craft and make stories that can touch your heart and mind. You have a tremendous understanding of cross- channel marketing initiatives and can collaborate with brand marketers, copywriters, and designers to bring concepts to life. Right now, you might work at an advertising, entertainment, or experiential agency or even a private corporation’s creative division
Primary Responsibilities-
- Oversee the development of creative support materials, including collateral, POS, set design, interactive, video, premiums, presentations, etc.
- Maintain full accountability for final approval on all creative materials
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different type of media- Monitor and evaluate marketing environment for challenges and brand- building opportunities
- Propose creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns to deliver brand’s messages. Ideas and concepts are mainly for viral digital videos, shows and MV and involve KOL/influencers
- Coordinate with internal agency and client partners to manage creative part of projects from concept to execution
- Monitor and evaluate marketing environment for challenges and brand- building opportunities
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members

- Proven track record of building client confidence and strong relationships
- Knowledge of current social media platforms and trends (Facebook, YouTube…). Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
- Experience with and ability to manage a creative team
- Experience understand client brief and be able to execute brand insights
- Passion and enthusiasm for creativity, big ideas and collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to organize and present compelling decks that can persuade and convey the agency’s concepts
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
- Proven design and concept development experience
- Exceptional problem solving skills
