Assembly Process Engineer

Setup processes of rework.
Layout improvement: Support Leader about 5S.
Analyze material issue and feedback, help to organize the processes of getting and returning material.
Coordinating with engineering department to deploy new projects: Listen and try to understand the method to make it better
Report to Assembly Engineering Supervisor.
Designing and improve tools, fixtures, machines and assembly line layout.
EC follow up, follow up samples.
Translate for Leader so that Leader solve the problem.
Engineer double check changing model, train leader to make sure not to make a mistake.
Productivity improvement: Balance line, analyze Cycle Time and Tact Times
PFD, PFMEA, CP, WI, document: Work with Leader so that Leader train workers.
Defect rate improvement: Analyze and eliminate defects for the assembly line, feedback material defects to involved department.

Experience: From 2 years- experience or more in the field of in Assembly, Process Control or Production Line;
Bachelor&039;s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management;
Can communicate in English;

If candidate live in HCM or Dong Nai, we would like to expect you are able to move to Binh Duong.
Understanding and making drawings with CAD, Solid works software;
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485. 5S, PDCA, 7 SPC tools;

OTHERS INFORMATION:

Rotating Saturday 09 days/ year for 1st year. 08:00- 16:00 on Sat . From 2nd year onward it would be 06 days/ year.
