Assistant Banquet Sales Manager

• Maintains the entire sales correspondence data base. Update daily sales report and revenue projection on a daily bases; catering and banquets calendar.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.
• Find and reach potential customers to sell Wedding, Party, Meeting services to reach the monthly/ yearly budget
• Checks the function organizer for the feedback and reports.
• Prepares the initial proposal for the function & follow- up.
• Responsible for administrative services for banquet handles reservations and arrangement of functions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Closely co- ordinates with related departments for function details changes, such as Banquet Service, Kitchen, Beverage, Stewarding and etc.
• Makes arrangement for sales calls. Conducts the site inspection for potential accounts.

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Other language knowledge is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator/ Executive or Banquet coordinator/ Executive major hotel or similar role
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Management/Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major;

•12 annual leaves, 8 days off per month
