Assistant Bar Manager

› Implement new company policies and procedures to associates
› Monitor and maintain the POS System
› Provide coaching and feedback to managers and associates and assess performance on going basis
› To assist in the planning and other operational practices required when putting on special events: entertainment & activities, festive season, New Year eve…
› Provide direction to shift leaders and associates to achieve goals
› Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food & beverage quality, excellent service and cleanliness
› Effectively manage the restaurant in the absence of the outlet manager
› Other duties will be assigned form management
› To assist the FB manager maximizing profit by contributing ideas for increasing sales, controlling costs and making efficiency gains
› Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of drinks and service. Ensuring all associates engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
› Consistently review operations and associates to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement

- Minimum intermediate graduate or similar tourism or customer service education.
- Good communication and strong customer service skills
- Required: Leader ship, management skill, relationship and owner ship
- Minimum 2 year work experiences in similar field. (or have personal development plan if promoting)
- Fluent in English (verbal, written, read, listening and translation), additional languages preferred
