Assistant Branch Manager

Context

• Report to BM and Sales Director;


• Work directly with BM, SD, GD, HRM, Doctor, all staff and Clients;

Job Content

• Manage daily operations of branch in the absence of Branch Manager. To be overall in-charge of the branch’s smooth operations;


• Ensures the branch is opened and closed on a timely basis;


• Assist Branch Manager to achieve sales targe;


• Pro-actively drive the sales and marketing of the entire branch to meet revenue targets;


• Coordinate and execute sales and marketing initiatives;


• Actively pursue marketing and assist with sales promotion activities including promotional campaigns, micro-marketing events, and seminars;


• Take charge of conception and maintenance of all sales and marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, etc.);


• Using own knowledge, experience and relationships to expand potential customer resources;


• Communicate personally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction;


• Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently;


• Assist Branch Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies;


• Maintain operational standards to provide an excellent working environment for employees;


• Select, train, supervise and evaluate the branch staff to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to job description;


• Ensure the facility is kept clean, safe and orderly;


• Assist in performance appraisals, promotions, and activities for employees;


• Work directly with government (if any) for audit; 

Function

• Serve as a passionate steward, advocate and gatekeeper for brand/products. Develop strategic guidance for each line in the portfolio to provide to suitable customer. 

Responsibility and the Right

• Ensures smooth daily operations and steady progress towards established goals;


• Assist Branch Manager in selecting, promoting and terminating staff within the guidelines of the company policies;


• Be responsible on Sales Target of branch;

• University/ College Degree


• Prefer candidates experienced in luxury fashion, high-end cosmetic, spa


• Supervisory experience required;


• Presentable and welcoming client;


• Multitask and problem solver;


• Sales skill;


• Good Customer service;
