Assistant Brand Manager

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

- Working time: Mon-Fri (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Work place: Binh Thanh Dist, HCMC
Define goals and strategies for brands:
* Combined with new product development research department, new packaging ..
* Building appropriate advertising programs and means of advertising
* Contribute ideas for promotions.
Market research and branding of the company:
*Conduct research, interview target customers about issues related to products (packaging, quality, new flavors ...) at the Company / region upon request.
*Directly go to the supermarket to observe and evaluate
Industry analysis, competitors and market trends;
* Collecting media data of the opponent
* Analyze market data from Neilsen Reports
* Learn about consumer trends / trends
Collaborate with Sales department, Product development department and other departments in meeting market demands
Report the level of brand awareness and effectiveness of marketing campaigns

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Open for Fresher with passionate in Marketing and willing to learn
- Advanced in computer office.
- Strong analytical skills with data driven analysis (familiar with Retail Audit report, sales, distribution evaluation...).
- Graduate from University of Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related majors.
- Highly flexible / open-minded, resourceful and practical.
- Have consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.
- 1-3 years of experience in the Branding or Trade Marketing; candidate with experience in FMCG is preferred.
- Basic English communication
