Assistant Brand Manager (Cosmetics/ Aesthetic/ Dermatology)

As Vigo continues to experience rapid growth, we’re looking for Assistant Brand Manager who is passionate about building impactful brands and driving meaningful marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with our Brand Manager/ Group Brand Manager and cross- functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that support both sales and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in Building Brand Strategy

Collaborate with Brand Managers to define brand goals and strategies.
Contribute insights to support the development of effective brand positioning.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.

Manage and Execute Marketing Activities

Prepare regular performance reports for Brand Managers.
Coordinate marketing initiatives in line with brand strategy.
Monitor and manage marketing budgets.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

Maintain and Strengthen Brand Image

Manage content for brand websites and social media platforms.
Work with cross- functional teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

Support Brand Growth and Innovation

Participate in marketing events and brand activation activities.
Assist in research and development of new products.
Help troubleshoot and resolve brand- related issues as they arise.

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Experience in market research and analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
At least 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing. Prefer in Cosmetic/ Dermatology/ Aesthetic
Have comprehensive and knowledge of marketing and branding activities. Understanding of the pharmaceutical and cosmetic business field
Good in English.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
