Job Purpose: Actively coordinate and lead projects as well as support Brand Manager in delivering mixes for Thuyen Xua Foods business and liaising with Brand Building team for deploying those mixes.
Major Responsibility:
Business Objective Delivery
Market Share Targets – Deliver market share targets for Thuyen Xua Foods brand.
Financial Targets - Delivery of the Budget and Target metrics of the Thuyen Xua Foods brand (e.g. Net Sales, Gross Margins, and Operating Profit).
New Product Developments
Execute new product launches and Constantly review KPIs & sales performances to propose relevant actions & inputs.
Pricing Execution - Develop and execute price increase/decrease plans based on the pricing strategy and BOP.
Identify consumer’s needs and wants for Thuyen Xua Foods products, provide inputs and closely work with BOD, cross-functions and external stakeholders to develop new product concept, the right package and winning formula through consumer tests to address the local competitive environment.
Brand Communications:
Consumer Response - Review monthly consumer feedback data and take appropriate actions in a timely fashion.
Communication strategies - Lead consumer researches to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claim that addresses consumers’ unmet needs. Execute and review the local communication strategy to support the BOP.
Communication Material Development – Create brief, lead creative development plan, execution Plan and production of local communication materials to support advertising (ATL and BTL) campaigns with Internal team. Provide category and/or brand inputs for regional led campaigns.
Initiate activities/plans to drive the growth of the assigned brand & portfolio.
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Consumer Promotions – Develop and execute Consumer Promotion programs for assigned brand to achieve sales and equity KPIs.
Advertising & Consumer Promotion Budget - Manage the A&P budget for assigned brands.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities, oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Media Strategy, Planning and Execution – Create brief, develop and manage the execution of Brand media strategies.
