Assistant Chief Engineering

 Works closely with Chief Engineer to carry out responsibilities assigned to him, correctly adheres to local labor law, regulations and policies, as well as all Furama policies and procedures.
 Supervise and coordinate Duty and contractor to accomplish the maintenance and repairing of all equipment related AV system, lighting system, Fire alarm system and PABX system, HVAC system, laundry and kitchen equipment of Furama Resort.
 Organizing the staff in- charge during whole operation time to meet the level of Furama efficiency and standard services including communication and solving all technical problems.
 Prepares, assigns and supervises the AV team to do the technical works of event and meetings. Proactive contact and responsible solving the entire of arising technical problem during the event to the event or meeting is the successfully completed.
 Establish the preventive maintenance program for all equipments, furniture, and construction of Furama Resort and ensure maximum efficiency, utilization and minimum breakdown.
 Conduct weekly meeting of AV and ME team.
 Ensures and participates in the training of new engineering staffs at Furama Resort.
 Ensures Engineering personnel adhere to company rules, regulations operation schedule, corrects use of tools and machinery and that the Engineering personnel are well disciplined neat and well groomed.

 Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or an acceptable equivalent qualification.
 To qualify, the candidate should possess a relevant Degree/Diploma Property/Facilities or Engineering disciplines with a minimal of 3- 5 years of prior experience serving a range of Hotel, Properties, Facilities, Engineering or Property Management/Consultancy organizations. Candidate must also be able to demonstrate strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to motivate people.
 Oral and written literacy in English and Vietnamese.
