JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support the Country Manager in daily operations. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Country Manager to ensure milestones are met.
Daily Operations Support: Assist the Country Manager with daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Business Planning Assistance: Prepare reports, presentations, and market research data as requested by the Country Manager to support business planning initiatives.
Client Communication: Facilitate communication with Chinese- speaking clients, suppliers, and partners.
Translation Tasks: Handle verbal and written translation between Vietnamese, Chinese, and English during meetings, in documents, and in communications.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between the Country Manager and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow- ups on important matters.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of tasks and alignment with business objectives.
Travel Arrangements: Organize business trips and support travel arrangements, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem- solving approach.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
Relevant Experience: Previous experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
