• Monitor and control the use of hotel meeting facilities and venue for events both for internal and external guests
• Act as a hotel’s representative to present our product to reach the positive decision from clients
• Conduct Site inspections on behalf of sales and marketing for corporate organizations and travel agencies
• To survey the competitor, marketing share to develop the sales strategy
• Assist in the maintainance of efficient administration, preparing and submitting reports on time as directed
• Liaise with all Sales an Marketing office and hotel operations regarding organizational aspects of meeting groups and functions to ensure the successful of planing and excution of these events
• Responsible for overseeing the activities of all in house groups ensuring events are executed as planned and customer expectations are met
• Conduct training and update hotel information to subordinators
• Maintain supplies of brochure, slides and relevant collaterrals, re- ordering when required
• To keep comprehensive records of all training activities and maintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports on time
• Assist in the preparation of the hotel’s annual budget. Helps to maximize the yield of the hotel and control department expenses
• Direct and control the activities of all groups and functions of Banyan Tree & Angsana Lăng Cô
• Provide lead and information to the sales & marketing office regarding business potential, competitor activities and new products, services and activities within the hotel
GENERAL
• Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with
• Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures
• hotel colleagues
• Make appropriate suggestions and recommendation to the supervisors for general improvement of the hotel
• Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented
• Interact with guests actively soliciting feedback
• Attends meetings and training as required by the Area General Manager
• Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language

At least 2 years experience in similar position
