Assistant Director of Food & Beverage (Trợ Lý Trưởng Bộ Phận Ẩm Thực)

As an Assistant Food and Beverage Director you will be responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience and will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Participate in future menu changes with the F&B Director and the Executive Chef, taking into consideration new F&B trends, market demands and sales achievements.
• Monitor standards through regular standards review checks.
• Understand relevant OH&S legislations and their implications on the operation of the department and communicate to the team their responsibilities within OH&S.
• Find an immediate solution to precise and simple problems.
• Know how to improvise during an emergency.
• Create an environment where “everyone sells”.
• Listen and respond spontaneously to questions asked by guests, team members and suppliers
• Manage the departmental operation and take action where necessary to ensure it runs smoothly, participating in service duties during service periods, where necessary.
• Positively deal with and learning from customer complaints and comments with follow- up and feedback to the Food & Beverage Director
• Plan, prioritize, organize and control the day- to- day operation
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• A peacemaker who does everything to anticipate and respond to guest needs, arbitrate divergent interests and guarantee a friendly environment.
