Mô tả công việc

• Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate。
• Assist DOSM to implements and monitors action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved
• Assist DOSM in producing the Annual Revenue Plan in conjunction with Executive Committee, Sales and Marketing Budgets and forecasts
• Assist DOSM to creates and implements special programmers to achieve greater productivity through:
Increasing local food and beverage banqueting sales
Increasing average rate
Increasing occupancy
Increasing business volume during difficult periods
• Proceed the action plan to achieved the KPIs as assigned by DOSM
• Monitors competitor activities
• Meets with guests from major producers/organizers of big events staying in the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provides direction on and conducts market research
• Manages key accounts & potential accounts assigned by DOSM
• Plans and executes sales trips to major market areas
• Attends major travel functions to promote sales for the hotel
• Produces weekly & monthly Sales reports and forecasts plan
• Conduct Sales business trip & Travelshow to targeted market approved by DOSM
• Conduct Sales call & Telesales daily as SOPs approved by DOSM
• Organizes and attends major sales related functions within the hotel
• Establishes and continuously updates mailing lists
• Conducts weekly reviews of sales personnel activity to ensure targets and sales objectives are being met
• Maintains close liaison with Sales teams and those of other hotels to ensure the hotel receives proper direction and support
• Directs all sales activities & work closed with Sales Managers to ensure they meet the goals of the Revenue Plan
• Servicing of group business and handle group inquiry
• Other tasks assigned by DOSM
Human Resource Responsibilities
• Works with the Human Resource Department to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive. Duties include:
Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performances
Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations
Plans for future staffing needs
Recruits in line with company guidelines
Financial Responsibilities
Conducts probation and formal performance appraisal in line with company guidelines
Prepares detailed introduction programmer for new staff
• Works with the Finance in the preparation and management of the department&039;s budget. Duties include:
Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget
Makes pricing decisions
Monitor, analysis and report variations from the budget
Manages the Department&039;s expenses
• Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same
• Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
• Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements
• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
