Balance sheet breakdown understanding
Other ad- hoc jobs & analysis reports assigned by managers
Review necessary entries: provision, accrual, reclassification, ...
Assist with internal & external audits
Work with the finance team on yearly budgeting
Analyze the impact of foreign currency revaluation
Take care of the monthly inventory reports by grades and by aging, reconcile actual stock with customs reports.
Assist with month- end activities & financial reports
Review the management reports (stock, GM, Overheads, Manufacturing overheads cost...)
Review and analyze the actual cost, the movement in COGs
Oversee the account payable, account receivable
Review fixed assets transactions & manage the fixed assets reports together with Capex management
Support in implementing new process & new initiatives in Finance team
Lead the stock count & Fixed asset count yearly, follow up the actions
Monitor and control on the process of inventory and fixed assets
Review the master data (vendor, customer, stock, BOM…)
Review & comment on the credit exposure report
