Maintains good public relation by extending personalized service to guest and assisting them upon their arrival.
Assist in conducting comprehensive monthly departmental meeting to include review of procedures and events which warrant special handling and detailed information
Maintain Sunrise standards of service quality and performance standards.
Check and inspect all the amenities for all VIP’s and ensure that they received their category accordingly
Implement Department Head’s instruction and assignment.
Identifies training needs, develop formal training and implements training session.
Escorts VIP guests to their rooms.
Maintains good relations with local authorities and other government officials.
Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of departmental employees.
Well- groomed, neat and tidy at work.
Assist in conducts such function as interviewing, orientation, selection, performance appraisal, coaching, training and discipline if necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
Believe in teamwork, cooperate with colleagues.
Ensure that all rooming list are prepared and distributed in advance to all groups
Monitors Front Office personnel to ensure guest receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
Assist in preparing the monthly statistical, performance and forecast reports as necessary
Assume overall responsibility for maintaining standards to ensure furnishings, facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair and well maintained.
Strictly comply the Hotel regulation and Employee Handbook.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
Informed other operation departments, notably, Housekeeping, F&B, on Front Office matters which concerns then.
Communicates to management all information likely to of interest such as expected arrival and departure of VIP’s and all other pertinent information
Follow communication lines and report lines.
Any additional tasks requested by his/ her HOD.
Assist in schedule and regularly conducts routine inspection of areas under control.

- B.A degree in Tourism or language

- Minimum 3 years experience in 4- 5 star hotels
- Excellent knowledge of information systems
