Front Office Operations
• Monitor guest arrivals, VIP arrangements, special requests, and room allocations.
• Assist in managing all Front Office functions: Reception, Guest Relations, Bell Desk, Concierge, and Reservations coordination.
• Ensure efficient check- in, check- out, cashiering, and guest service procedures.
• Maintain high service quality and TUI BLUE brand standards.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Staff Supervision & Training
• Monitor staff performance, grooming standards, and adherence to SOPs.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and conducting regular refresher training.
• Train, coach, and motivate Front Office team members to deliver excellent service.
• Support staff scheduling, task allocation, and daily briefings.
Guest Experience & Communication
• Foster a welcoming, professional atmosphere at the Front Desk.
• Personally handle complex guest complaints and follow up until resolution.
• Review guest feedback and implement service improvements.
• Communicate effectively with other departments (Housekeeping, Security, F&B, Engineering, Sales) to ensure operational coordination.
Financial & System Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing daily reports, occupancy forecasts, and revenue support tasks.
• Ensure PMS data accuracy including room status, billing, rate codes, and reservations updates.
• Support Front Office Manager in managing budgets, cost controls, and productivity.
• Oversee cashiering accuracy, deposit handling, credit checks, and billing instructions.
SOP Compliance & Quality Control
• Monitor lobby cleanliness, equipment functionality, and front desk readiness.
• Ensure compliance with TUI BLUE guest service guidelines.
• Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail- oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Business or related fields.
• Professional, service- minded, aligned with TUI BLUE standards.
• 2–3 years of Front Office supervisory experience (4–5 star preferred).
• Proficient in PMS (Opera) and MS Office.
• Excellent problem- solving and decision- making ability.
