Assistant General Manager

– Help General Manager to maintain the operation of all aspects of the Company.
– Summarize and evaluate the operation of the Parent Company and its member companies through direct or indirect reports.
– Assist General Manager to build the development strategy of the Company.
– Help General Manager manage time and control the work
– Assist in implementing the Company’s strategies by ensuring that decisions and instructions of the CEO are informed and strictly implemented.
– Assist General Manager in monitoring the work of Managers.
– Support departments and sections in planning goals, plans and policies according to their functions when assigned by the General Manager.
– Monitor compliance with the regulations of the management system.
– Advise General Manager in implementing and deploying the Company’s development strategies.
– Propose solutions for General Manager.
– Assist General Manager in internal and external relations.
– Prepare to attend meetings at the request of General Manager.
– Perform other jobs when assigned.

– Male
– University graduation from international schools or study abroad
– Have knowledge of administration and finance with a broad vision of work.
– Knowledge of management, business management, training ability, presentation and communication skills
– 05 years of previous experience in the same position. Working in multi-industry groups or specializing in automobiles is strong.
– Ability to analyze, work independently, good team work.
– Careful, honest and agile.
– Proficiency in the English language.
