Assistant General Manager (Sales and Operations)

SEW-EURODRIVE is a world leading designer, developer and supplier of mechanical power transmission systems, motor control electronics and automation solutions.
We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and independent personal to fulfil the role of an Assistant General Manager (Sales and Operations). The candidate will be part of the “Pioneer Team” of the newly established subsidiary company of SEW-EURODRIVE in Vietnam.
This role will be reporting to and assisting the Managing Director in the initial set up of the new entity and to maintain the integrity of the company in the region. He / She will provide leadership and guidance to the local team as the country head in sales and operations. The role has the responsibility for the profit & loss of the country with a view on KPI & Objectives.
Key elements of the role include operational excellence, undertaking new growth initiatives and drive profitability by constantly reviewing the operational process, sales coverage and strategic fit of the company. The role is based in Ho Chi Minh City and has a long term perspective with a potential for further career progression.
-Consistently deliver Profit, Volume and Quality targets set by the management.
-Lead, direct and inspire the Vietnam team to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
-Maintain and enhance relationship with customers and key stake holders.
-Keep updated on market trends and recognise new business opportunities.
-Create new growth initiative and expand service offerings and customer base.
-Provide support to the management in overseeing the daily operation.
