Assistant Group Marketing Manager

Monitor and report budget usage to ensure appropriate and effective allocation.
Monitor all marketing activities weekly/monthly.
Other responsibilities will be assigned as required.
Liaise with external partners, vendors, or stakeholders regarding relevant campaigns.
Take charge of developing marketing campaigns/projects.
Work closely with the centralized marketing team to develop and implement action plans.
Contribute ideas to new campaigns/projects.
Handle cross- functional coordination for marketing activities.
Generate regular reports on marketing activities and present findings to the management team.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and juggle concurrent projects effectively.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong analytical skills and a high level of adaptability in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or PR.
Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Proficient in creating and visualizing marketing presentation files.
Over 3 years of experience in marketing/PR communications, with a preference for candidates with a background in the retail industry.
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, even under high- pressure situations and tight deadlines.
Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
