We&039;re looking for an Assistant HR Manger who will be responsible for all recruitment activities, Employer branding as well as Employee Relation to reposition company&039;s brand in labor market and promote company&039;s culture to make it become happy / best place to work.
Description
Under her/his responsibility, this includes:
• Leading HR&039;s initiatives and projects: recognition program, Optimal You programs to engage employees to enable them feel proud of the company.
• Undertaking and implementing Employer Branding and recruitment advertising initiatives from concept to completion in a timely which including internship / job fair / Factory Tour / Scholarship/ CSR activities. Building talent pool to be proactive in recruitment activities to find right talent for right positions.
• Developing and managing recruitment campaigns using a variety of media, such as print, websites, direct mail and social media.
• Building partnerships with all levels of employees from individuals to teams, from entry to Management level.
• Developing learning culture by initiating campaign, programs to boost learning activities to whole organization.
• Being in charge of managing company&039;s social networks like: LinkedIn, FB to maintain positive image.
• Other tasks as required.

• 5+ years of related experience and knowledge of HR generalist, especially in employer branding, employee relations and talent acquisition.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude. Strong problem- solving skills. Good at company first mindset.
• Bsc in Business Administration or any related field.
• Ability to form strong workplace relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly
• Knowledge of applicable workplace laws, regulations, and employment trends.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required). Must be able to communicate clearly and directly with the US team.
• Multi- projects management experience.
• Have management and leadership experiences.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings.
