Assistant Lease Management Manager

Ensure lease documents are issued accurately & timely.
Manage SAP system in term of lease data & be responsible for accuracy of data for rental billing.
Follow cases involved legal proceedings
Manage all data of tenant for lease management reports such as Cash Flow, VCCD Management Report, Tenancy Tracking, and Occupancy Cost to the management.
Be liable for target of arrears to the management.
Negotiate with tenant in term of clauses in lease documents to keep the lease as standard as well as other issues to protect the company’s benefit.
Manage & train the lease management team to make sure the team can achieve the KPI assigned.
Collect all money arising from the lease such as Deposit top up, CPI/EXR

Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting
Good command both of English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skills
Good at MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint
Master of Business (Preferable)
