Assistant Legal Manager - Salary $1,500 - $2,500 Gamuda Land Vietnam LLC

Familiar with regulations and legal framework pertaining land and real estate project development in Vietnam.
Familiar with procedural execution related to all land matters, resettlement’s compensation, authority submission and approval for all our projects including any new land banks.
Ensure that all activities of the company are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, rules and regulations and the company’s charter, as well as the resolutions of the Board of Directors.
Advise and brief on regulations which relates to M&A on acquisition and disposal of land, project development in real estate, construction fields, and other relevant legal regulatory updates.
Any other matters/assignments that deemed required by the company on needs basis.
Overseeing all legal activities and affairs that is in line with the commercial objectives of the company.
Providing legal advices to other Departments of GLVN such as land compensation, tax, advertisement, construction, customs etc.
Able to understand organization commercial needs to effectively advise on real estate (i.e. development and construction) related to M&A while complying to relevant regulatory framework.
Setting up of official and unofficial meeting with competency authorities for assistance on dossier submission and plan for most effective and efficient method to support the construction processes approval and obtain approval of any other requirements
Revising facility agreements, contracts, agreement and legal cooperation deeds for above- mentioned projects.

Able to strategize, direct and manage legal intricacies in contracts and negotiation. Well verse with relevant law particularly on Real Estate Trading, Land, Investment, Construction and Enterprise.
Degree in Law
Integrity, resourceful and work independently, flexible in attitude towards work assignments and adaptability
Have 5- 6 years experience working in support of legal procedures, processes and services related to real estate business.
Exellent in English
