Assistant Maintenance Manager (Food Processing)

Organize the elaboration of repair, maintenance plans

Build annual maintenance plan, maintenance of machinery and equipment
Make annual inspection plan, calibration of machinery and equipment
Develop budget planning for machinery, equipment, and items to be invested in the factory every year
Prepare the request for procurement, service provision, and report of items in the factory related to the maintenance of machinery and equipment
Make periodic reports on the repair and maintenance of machinery as required
Organize the adjustment and compilation of records of machinery and equipment in service of evaluation and certification at the factory when required
Organize the implementation of items to improve machinery and equipment to improve efficiency and save energy.
Acting as the focal point to receive and organize the maintenance department members to perform the request cards from the user unit when they need maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment

Operation of ancillary systems

Deploy the collection of chemical and tools procurement needs for the operation of the periodic auxiliary system
Build the operation plan of the plant&039;s auxiliary system according to the approved business plan

Manage equipment, tools

Propose procurement of tools, supplies and auxiliary materials for the auxiliary operation process
Manage of supplies and equipment allocated within the unit for the purpose of performing its job functions
Manage and check supplies and equipment inventory to meet the requirements of production reserves

Manage team

Assign jobs to each maintenance staff and evaluate job results
Implement other tasks assign by Managing Director
Build, manage and train employees to achieve target of team
Develop and adjust of KPIs every year

Be careful and detailed.
Have experience working in the maintenance of machinery in the beverage or food industries.
Good decision making and problem solving
Have leadership qualities and can communicate well and clearly.
Works well with others
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related fields.
Have experience in machine maintenance Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, at least 3 years
