Assistant Manager, IT Solution Delivery

PURPOSE:
• To be in-charge and contribute to training and development of the team to meet personal targets and those of the team
• Responsible to maintaining and developing new systems to adapt complicated business requirements with superb quality and outstanding performance, making sure all systems running smoothly.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Lead the assigned project in delivering the following:
• Building and supporting new web applications
• Proactive to discuss with the related departments when having any new business requests to ensure the quality for any system release and minimize impact to business
• Ensure application in line with company strategy and standard
• Working with vendor, BA and group IT for system integration

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Experience of minimum 6 years with Java, Hibernate, Spring/Spring Boot, React JS, ...
• Multitasking skills
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Familiarity with Restful web service development.
• Familiarity with software like Eclipse, Spring Tool Suit, IntelliJ
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with web servers (Jboss)
• Proven work experience on web application using J2EE framework (Spring, Hibernate, JSTL, …)
• Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL, MongoDB
